“Two Moons” is an African blend that is smooth, floral, and tastes a little “Earthy” in the best way!
“Wake Me Up Before You Go, Joe” has turned out to be a real crowd-pleaser. Originally it was developed to be a simple breakfast blend for Nicole and I, but we liked it so much we thought we would share it with you all. Notes of citrus and light mouth feel. This is a great all day drinking coffee.
“Ranger Roasts” is really a dead on medium coffee, but our customers feel it drinks more like a light roast. Good, full body, but very bright. Notes of chocolate, cherry, and nuts.
This flight features a single origin varietal that will depend on whatever I am roasting seasonally. I have a lot of customers that get in touch with me for a light roast, so i am generally choosing something different to try. It’s always fresh, and always delicious!
